Payment and Fees
- All course fees must be paid in full before accessing course materials.
- We accept major credit cards through Stripe. All transactions are processed securely.
- There are no refunds for courses once purchased, as content can be immediately accessed.
Course Access and Materials
- Courses must be completed within the specified timeframe, usually 6 months to 1 year from purchase.
- Course content and materials are copyrighted and for purchaser's individual use only. They cannot be shared or redistributed.
- We reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue courses at any time. If a course is retired, purchasers will be given reasonable notice.
User Account Responsibilities
- Purchasers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. We are not liable for any misuse.
- Users must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated over time.
- Account sharing is prohibited; each learner must hold a unique account.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Due to the instantly downloadable nature of our courses, no refunds are provided once a purchase is made.
- If there are technical issues that restrict your access, contact us within 48 hours for a resolution. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion. If granted, a 10% processing fee will be deducted.
Community Guidelines
- Users must abide by our community guidelines when participating in course discussions and interacting with instructors and peers. Abusive language or behavior can result in being banned.
Disclaimers
- We strive to provide valuable educational content, but cannot guarantee employment or career advancement post-completion. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
